Men and women have identical systems of organs and the same four blood types. They can even have identical way of life and similar diseases. But they are totally different. And the main point here is far not the sex. It’s more about the way how their inner processes take place and how they react to one and the same things (including food, medications, aging, and fitness). Yes, women’s fitness has its own peculiarities, and it really differs from men’s fitness.

Professional fitness trainers know about these peculiarities and take them into account when developing personal/group fitness program for their male and female clients. For example, women have more flexible joints. That is why trainers can apply for wider range of flexibility exercise groups.

Women’s fitness as well as men’s fitness programs should also take into account personal peculiarities. And of course women should always stay womanlike. We mention this issue because some women especially those that are professionally engaged into sports can be hardly called womanlike, they look more ‘manlike’, and that terrible. Well, of course every woman has a right to choose how intensively she needs to go fitness and what aims to achieve. So, we can’t blame them for this.
