When I first joined my gym about 6 months ago, they offered my a free consultation with a personal trainer. During the consultation, the personal trainer had me complete a fitness test (ie. measure body fat, weight, muscle mass, etc).

I've been working out like crazy on the elliptical machine ever since I joined and I'm hoping that I'll see positive results in the numbers soon.

The purpose of this free assessment is so that I have a "starting point" to work from. Now I will continue to see my personal trainer once every 6 months or so to see how I measure up to my initial visit. If my weight is the same, this is ok, just as long as I can see that I'm gaining more muscle and not fat!

[...] When people start searching for a fitness network to join it means that they have a reason for it. For every person these reasons are different, but at any case they lead to fitness testing even if we don’t realize this because most of us don’t concentrate their attention on purposes to do this. With Fitness 19 network or any other fitness clubs network you will definitely find your own purpose of physical fitness test. [...]
