5I’ve started working out two months ago after 4 years of not being in a gym. I recently became single and realized I had to get into shape. I decided to run everyday on a treadmill with intensity and not get off until my shirt was completely drenched with sweat. I went down two notches on my belt and have abs. I do own a treadmill but prefer the gym because of the social interaction.
