Basically, types of fitness training are distinguished according to five major components of physical fitness.
Among them there are cardio exercises. Cardio fitness training is exercise that raises your heart rate enough to burn fat and to challenge your heart and lungs. Workouts on cardio machines are the best form of exercise that will burn body fat, improve your stamina, lung capacity and achieve great heart health.
Strength training is also one important type of fitness training. It involves toning exercises, lifting weights, using resistance bands, and any other form of muscles building exercise.
And of course there are special types of fitness training that are developed for men and for women. They take into account gender physical peculiarities and give more sufficient results.
Various types of fitness training give an excellent opportunity to improve your current physical condition and keep up strengthening your body and your health.
Yoga is also a very good type of fitness training. It’s the best combination of strength training and stretching.
Particular exercises that are chosen for every type depend on a number of factors and are always chosen individually. And it’s not only about age and sex, it’s also about goals which you want to achieve.
