Fitness models are those men and women who we admire and want to be look like. The reason for this is simple: we all want to have beautiful body, but not all of us can and want to take efforts to have it.
Physical fitness is the major aspect of life and advertising campaigns of fitness models. It requires regular exercises which can take a lot of time depending on what goals they want to achieve. That is why sometimes such aspect as brain fitness goes to the second plan.
Ask yourself a question:”If you were a fitness model would you care about brain fitness?” Surely about 99 per cent of respondents would answer “Yes”. Why? Because combination of physical fitness and brain fitness is the basis for healthy life and successful career. (We talk about fitness models, remember?) Improper treatment of brain fitness issues could be a very big mistake.
We all know the saying “Healthy mind in healthy body”. But healthy body does not guarantee healthy mind. Don’t get confused!

1It is true that mind and body need to be the same. I love the fact that there is new software that helps with the aid of brain alertness. Even certain video games on the market are aimed at developing a healthy mind while being fun at the same time. Great post.

4Challenging your mind in new ways strengthens underlying brain performance because mental fitness, like physical fitness, has been proven to get better with exercise.
I’m the CEO of Posit Science and I’ve learned from talking with many consumers that people care a lot about the real-world impact of brain training and they want to enjoy the time they spend doing it. We’ve partnered with researchers from institutions like the Mayo Clinic, University of Southern California, Johns Hopkins, and dozens of others to test the real-world impact from brain training with our software exercises. Over 30 studies have now been published in peer-reviewed journals showing Posit Science’s technology can have a range of benefits from improved memory to lowered health care costs in healthy aging adults.

It’s really great that today scientists work a lot on developing and improving games for brain training. Our life is so active and many-sided that it would be impossible to handle it all without effective brain games.
