First of all we should say that it is not always correctly to compare fitness soft ware and professional fitness trainers. One obvious reason for this is that fitness software is in its big part represented by brain training programs which just can’t be replaced by any human trainer. So, this comparison can only be referred to those pieces of fitness software that are developed and positioned as a substitution to human trainers.
Fitness software is really smart. These programs take into account such parameters as your age, sex, weight (overweight), tall, heart rate, and others, and offer you optimal loads and frequency of exercises as a professional highly qualified trainer.
Actually professional trainers can work successfully using latest software to make their classes in clubs more interesting and effective.
A very important issue here is the price. There is an opinion that using fitness software at home is cheaper than applying for professional trainer (and much cheaper than a trainer who uses fitness software). Well, it all depends on the quality of them both, and on what you expect to get from them.
