As has been said earlier to resist viruses we need to have strong enough immune system. The easiest, but still the most effective ways to do this available for every one.
First of all pay attention to what you eat. Food should be natural, rich in vitamins and antioxidants (fruits, vegetables, and honey). Don’t forget about meet, especially in autumn and winter: its protein helps synthesize immunoglobulins (antibodies). And on the contrary forget about sugar and fried meals which require a lot of useful substance to process them, and thus weaken immune system.
Secondly there are things that can hardly be referred to those that make our immunity stronger, but indeed they do so. We talk bout laugh and love. Specialists say that these two are necessary to be and feel both physically and psychologically… When you are surrounded by people who love you, when you have a job that is interesting for you and well-paid, when you have a positive outlook just like your best friends, then you will successfully repulse virus attacks. It’s a fact!
