Fitness models are often compared with ideal people. They are well-looking, with ideal bodies, strong lean muscles and good health. They are also very energetic people. Where does this energy come from? Energy is a sign of physical fitness. Healthy people have more active and more interesting life. They manage to do so many things every day: they run a business, spend time with their families, raise children, follow fitness weight control programs, travel, enjoy their hobbies, etc.

Very often fitness models become fitness trainers. They want to share their energy with other people and teach them where to take it from. For this purpose they obtain AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) group-exercise instructor and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal training certificates.

Some people associate fitness models with bodybuilders who use different types of chemicals to make their muscles grow faster. When a person uses chemicals it’s not fitness anymore, because fitness has nothing to do with any pills except vitamins. There are so many ways that help your muscles grow fast and naturally, and there is no need to look for chemicals that could be potentially dangerous for your health and will not give you long-term effects.
