We have already talked about five major components of physical fitness. Just to remind them once again they are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
So, these are components of physical fitness. They do not take into account personal peculiarities of your needs, wishes, health conditions and body features. Consequently it doesn’t mean that you have to be perfect in all of this components to be physically fit. It’s up to you to choose your components of personal fitness. You don’t even have to know these five components mentioned above. Just listen carefully to your inner feelings and to your body: they are your best advisers.
You will hardly be surprised if you find somewhere among components of physical fitness such one as having fun or simply fun. Possibly, it’s not totally right to separate it into one single component: ideally having fun should be a part of each and every of them. Believe it or not it’s a very important part of all types of physical activities. If you are having fun it means that you enjoy what you are doing, and thus you are able to get much more effect out of this or that activity.
