Brain fitness games are often called simply brain games of brain training. These games are developed by scientists, graphic designers, programmers, and psychologists.

1Keys to a good brain game are 1) novelty, 2) variety and 3) challenge. If a game has these three characteristics, then it will positively affect your brain via brain plasticity.
